Singing talent shows may be all the rage, but when is the last time you ever saw someone representing the genre of metal even get a second look? This contestant on a foreign singing competition got several looks -- from the extremely surprised judges.

Rocking some serious corpse paint and a metal t-shirt, this long-haired metalhead stepped onstage in front of the judges of a show called 'Starmania' and delivered his best metal yell, albeit getting a little choked up by rocking his voice so raw. Watch as the judges look all kinds of horrified, bemused or just plain shocked by this black metal wanna be. Despite his face paint being crafted into a frown, this contestant leaves the experience with a smile.
