Asking Alexandria’s Danny Worsnop Joins Butcher Babies at Mayhem’s Last Date

The Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival ended on Aug. 4 in Dallas, Texas and it saw Asking Alexandria frontman Danny Worsnop getting butchered. Butcher Babies-ed, that is.

The singer joined the female-fronted band onstage to perform their song ‘National Bloody Anthem’ with a little help from the crowd, who chanted “There’s blood everywhere” before the band launched into the shrieky song.

If you missed Mayhem or if this is a cameo that you’d have severed a limb in order to see, then enjoy this two minutes of footage, where Worsnop assisted the ladies in screaming.

For the most part, the singer stayed on the stage while the daring ladies balanced themselves on the barrier, with a little help from the security staff. We hoped those Butchers Carla Harvey and Heidi Shepherd thanked the bouncers later for their support — literally and figuratively.

Worsnop hopped down for the last few seconds to get face-to-face with the adoring crowd. It was a great coda for the tour.
