It's been 25 freakin' years since Agnostic Front unleashed the essential 'Victim in Pain' and 'United Blood' albums on the hardcore scene. The records have stood the test of time. And so has frontman Roger Miret, who is still doing his thang as the band's vocalist and lyricist.

"I feel the same," Miret said reflectively. "I am older and I am a family man now. Back then, I was all 'live fast, die young' and 'act and not think.' Today, I think before I act. I have kids. It's weird being on the other side of that coin. I was so 'anti-rules' back then, but now I have to establish rules."

So what if Miret's kids see his music and history and say, "Hey, Dad, we don't want to follow any rules. You didn't, so why should we? Look at your legacy!?" Miret was quick to say he would lay down the law, adding, with a laugh, "Then I'll throw 'em out on the street and say, 'Go live my life! This is my house so it's my rules."

Spoken like a true rebel whose grown up!
