Last month, Noisecreep asked Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer which of his band's albums are his favorites. He picked Permanent Vacation (1987) and Pump (1989), and as it turns out, he's not alone in digging those records.

Our friends at AOL Radio recently asked listeners to name their favorite Aerosmith tunes, and those two collections accounted for five of the top 10 selections.

"Those albums Bruce Fairbairn produced really got us up to speed in terms of sound and made us, I think, sound like a more modern band," Kramer told us.

While AOL Radio fans aren't strictly wedded to "modern" Aerosmith -- the 1973 ballad "Dream On" placed first on the list -- they're way into the late-'80s hits "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)" (No. 4), "Janie's Got a Gun" (No. 6), "What It Takes" (No. 8)," "Angel" (No. 9) and "Rag Doll" (No. 10).

Check out and listen to the entire list at AOL Radio.
