Modern American extreme metallers Abigail Williams have posted the song 'Final Destiny of the Gods,' the first song from their anticipated second album, 'In the Absence of Light.' But if you've got a weak stomach, then consider yourself fairly warned. The song is so incredibly heavy and blackened that it's practically heinous. Just how we like it here at Noisecreep.

'In the Absence of Light' was recorded at Conquistador Studios in Cleveland, Ohio and was mixed by Peter Tagtgren (Dimmu Borgir, Immortal, Celtic Frost) and features artwork by Farron Kerzner (Nachtmystium, Lightning Swords of Death). The album presents new band members, guitarist Ian Jekelis and drummer Ken Bedene, alongside vocalist/guitarist Sorceron. Despite the fact that Abigail Williams' music and members are American-made, 'In the Absence of Light' could have easily festered up in the rotted basements of Norway.

Abigail Williams will hit the road on Sept. 29, performing alongside fellow metal hell raisers like Immolation, Vader, Lecherous Nocturne and Pathology for four weeks. Tickets for the Abigail Williams tour dates are available now.
