A Day to Remember had the 'Common Courtesy' to share the title of their new album and its release date. The album is called 'Common Courtesy.' It's the band's fifth overall platter and will be released on Oct. 8. So there you have it.

It's been a while since the Florida band dropped a new disc. 'What Separates Me From You' came out in 2010, so it's been a healthy three-year gap in between recordings. It's also worth mentioning that the band has been in litigation with its longtime label Victory Records in recent months. Never a dull moment in the ADTR camp.

Below is singer Jeremy McKinnon's tweet announcing the release date. McKinnon also posted a brief Instagram teaser video inviting fans to check out the group's website.

The band will also embark on the House Party tour this fall, with All Time Low and Pierce the Veil in tow. That good time trek kicks off on Sept. 11 in Colorado.
