They've become almost as famous for their horror-themed lyrics as they have their gritty metalcore sound, so what better frontman to hit up for a Halloween video playlist than Chris Motionless of Motionless in White? Formed in Scranton, Pa. back in 2005, MIW's gothic look also adds to the band's horror-based mystique. Their first full-length release, 2010's Creatures, busted the Billboard Top 200, and their next album, Infamous, is due out Nov. 13, and was produced by Jason Suecof and Tim Skold.

Motionless, like the rest of the band, takes his Halloween seriously - so much so that he has the numbers 10 31 tattooed on his hands. But this is a band that's worth seeing any time of year, not just October, especially for all those who like intricate, industrial, dark, gothic metalcore.

Check out Motionless' Halloween video playlist below!

"Voices of the Dead," Calabrese (2007)

"This video is so awesome because they reference a lot of old horror movies like Plan 9 From Outer Space and Bride of Frankenstein. These guys are keeping horror alive!"

"Scream!," Misfits (1999)

Misfits and George A. Romero working together? Fuck yes!"

"Thunder Kiss '65," White Zombie (1992)

"I love every visual project that Rob Zombie has ever been a part of. The blend of the psychedelic vibe with the characters used throughout the video is so bizarre and works perfect with the song."

"Kill to Believe," Bleeding Through (2006)

"There hasn't been a lot of heavier bands i've seen through the years that took on making a 2 part horror themed video. This is part 1 of what would become one of the coolest "metalcore" genre 2-part videos ever done. I love Bleeding Through so much and I'm so happy that they went all out and put a pretty badass storyline together. By the way - part 2 is their song "Love In Slow Motion" check them out!"

"Enjoy the Silence," It Dies Today (2005)

"Besides being a great cover of an amazing Depeche Mode song, this video is so haunting to me and really made me love it even more. I like when a band can make a video for a cover and really do it justice. This one rules."
