Last week, Corey Taylor made news for dissing Rick Rubin, an acclaimed producer he labeled "overrated" and "overpaid." It turns out the Slipknot frontman has a bone to pick with Scott Weiland, too.

During a performance Monday night (Nov. 28) in Indiana, Taylor blasted the Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver frontman for releasing 'The Most Wonderful Time of the Year,' his new album of holiday music.

"More and more people are only interested in money than f---ing doing anything that's good," Taylor said, according to Contactmusic.com.

"Does anyone know who Scott Weiland is?" he added. "Do you know that Scott Weiland has a Christmas album now? Oh, it's bad. It's bad ... There is a video online of him singing, and he's very serious. Because Christmas is serious. His hair is all slicked back and he's in his s---ty tuxedo."

As with his Rubin tirade, Taylor tempered the Weiland takedown with some faint praise.

"It's not that he's a bad singer, 'cause he's not ... I love some of the s--- that he did with Velvet Revolver," he said. "It's not that he's a bad f---ing singer. He's a lazy piece of s---, is what he is at this point."
