Jani Lane -- formally lead singer of '80s hit makers Warrant -- plead no contest to DUI and was sentenced to 120 days behind bars for DUI. According to reports, Lane must surrender to authorities on July 27. On May 9, Lane crashed into a parked car in Woodland Hills, Calif. Officials say the results of Lane's breathalyzer test showed he was driving at two times the legal limit.

Lane will also lose his license for three years and must complete a 30 month alcohol education program. This isn't Lane's first brush with the law. He was busted for a DUI in 2009.

Warrant, now fronted by Robert Mason, will perform at this weekend's Rock n' America festival in Oklahoma City.
