It's been a while since we heard from the schizophrenic -- often grind-denying -- Tennesseans in the Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza. Well they've been filing open spaces in the band (guitarist Layne Meylain and Bassist Mike Butler quit last year) and recording their new album 'Danza III: The Series of Unfortunate Event.'

And now the lineup shuffling is paying off, since the Danza boys are streaming the first taste of new material, a swirling mayhem of screeches and screams called 'The Union,' on their MySpace.

According to a recent interview, the band wanted to be more structured on the new outing. "We wanted to keep as much tech as possible," vocalist Jessie Freeland explained while in the studio. He admitted the difficulty of not losing any of their old complexities, causing the band to do two pre-production sessions before actually recording their third full-length.

Currently the band is on the Road to MetalFest Tour alongside Through the Eyes of the Dead, Impending Doom, Arsonists Get All the Girls and Chelsea Grin. 'Danza III' will get summoned forth on July 6 by way of the unholy union of Black Market Activities/Metal Blade.
